Attention, Espírito Santo! The Espírito Santo State Traffic Department (Detran|ES) published, this Monday (06), the names of the 3,500 selected in the 1st phase of the CNH Social 2024 program on the website www.detran.es.gov.br. Access the list here.
Now, recipients must register on the Detran|ES website by May 20th, accessing the CNH Social program page and filling in the requested data to begin their Qualification process.
The general director of Detran|ES, Givaldo Vieira, congratulates and guides the selected candidates. “The registration phase for the 3,500 selected has begun. It is important that everyone pays attention to the registration deadline and the deadlines for completing each stage of the Qualification process so as not to lose the benefit. Those who were not selected will still have the opportunity to be on the list of substitutes. So, I advise everyone to follow the official Detran | ES website and social media and do your part to get your Social Driver’s License,” he said.
The first phase of the program attracted 76,265 people interested in obtaining a free National Driving License (CNH), adding or changing categories with a view to expanding opportunities for insertion or improvement in the job market.
The selection of candidates was carried out electronically, without human interference, in accordance with the program criteria and based on the information provided by the beneficiaries themselves in the Single Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government (CadÚnico), considering the lowest per capita income, greater number of members in the family group, candidates with complete primary education, beneficiary of Bolsa Família and date and time of registration.
Deadlines
According to the program rules, it is the candidates’ sole responsibility to monitor publications, such as the list of selected candidates, comply with established deadlines and keep their data updated, under penalty of being considered withdrawn from the process and losing the benefit. Detran|ES does not send emails or SMS to those selected.
Candidates with their name on the list must register on the CNH Social program page on the website www.detran.es.gov.br between May 6, 2024 (from 12 pm) and May 20, 2024 (until 11:59 pm).
After registering online, the candidate will have 15 calendar days to go in person to the driving school indicated on their registration and complete the opening of their process (Renach).
Afterwards, the candidate will have 30 days to undergo biometrics at a Detran|ES unit and medical and psychological examinations at the accredited Clinic. The locations will be informed by the driving school.
The First License, Addition or Change of Category processes must be completed within 12 months, counting from the date the process is opened at the driving school.
The successful candidate who does not register online within the deadline via the Detran|ES website will be disqualified, will lose the benefit and will be prevented from registering again in the CNH Social program for a period of three years. If the candidate enrolls and does not complete the process, he or she will be prevented from re-enrolling in the CNH Social program for a period of five years.
Free benefits granted to those selected
Detran|ES highlights that theCandidates selected in the CNH Social Program carry out the entire qualification process until obtaining their CNH free of charge and There is no charge of any amount from beneficiaries by accredited companies.
The beneficiary is entitled to the following procedures: biometric capture at the Detran|ES branch; medical and psychological examinations in a clinic accredited by Detran|ES; a toxicological test for categories D or E in a laboratory accredited by the National Traffic Secretariat (Senatran); 20 Theoretical and practical classes at the driving school; three failures, whether in the theoretical or practical test; two extra classes (in case of failure in the practical test, only the candidate who did not fail the theoretical test will be eligible).
In case of absence, the candidate must pay the test rescheduling fee and the fees charged by the driving school.
New opportunity
Candidates who are not selected on this list will also have a new opportunity to be included in the single call for substitutes, which will be announced on July 8th, starting at 12pm, also on the Detran|ES website. The list of substitutes aims to offer unfilled vacancies after disqualification of candidates selected on the first list who do not respect the deadlines established in the Qualification process. Recipients must pay attention to the registration deadlines and stages of the Qualification process.
