This Tuesday morning, the 23rd, the Civil Police carried out the second phase of operation Jackpot, which investigates the practice of gambling and legal raffles.

One of the targets of the operation was businesswoman Dâmaris Nepomuceno. As determined by the ac24horas, The residence of the businesswoman, who works with personalized cakes, located in the Aviário neighborhood, was reportedly subject to a search and seizure warrant.

On her social media profile, where she has more than 6 thousand followers, Dâmiris promotes the Tigrinho Game (see below).

The report contacted Dâmaris, but received no response. Initially, contact was made with the company number. The manager of the establishment, who did not identify herself, stated that Dâmiris would only speak through her lawyer, but stated that she did not have authorization to pass on his contact information. She then sent the contact details of Dâmiris herself, who did not answer the calls or respond to the messages sent by the reporter.

The space remains open so that Dâmaris or her lawyer can speak, if there is interest.

In addition to Dâmaris, the targets of the operation were Davi de Alencar Elias, Yngredy Santos de Almeida and Gleyna Natacha Martins da Silva.

According to a note released by the Civil Police, three search and seizure warrants were executed, where several items that served as instruments for illegal practices were seized. Among the materials collected are two vehicles, smartphones, notebooks, tablets, as well as the blocking of amounts in bank accounts belonging to those investigated. One of the most significant measures was the kidnapping of amounts that could reach up to R$1 million for each influencer involved in illicit activities, a measure issued by the Judiciary as a way of curbing the continuation of these practices.

“The Civil Police reiterates its commitment to legality and public order, emphasizing that operations such as Jackpot aim not only to repress, but also to prevent the spread of activities that violate current legislation. Combating illegal gambling is one of the authorities’ priorities, aiming to guarantee a safe and legal environment for all Acre citizens”, emphasized the delegate responsible for the police operation, Igor Brito.

On March 18, the Acre PC carried out the first phase of the operation, executing 17 search and seizure warrants. In the city of Rio Branco, the targets of the operation at the time were Jâmila Roysal, Sara Fernandes Henning, Fabrício Moura Sousa, Lunna Ísis Fonseca, Emilyane da Silva, Katren Rafaela Marçal, Lauana Alencar and Kethellem Isabelle da Silva. In addition to Rio Branco, the operation also targets influencers in the interior of the state. Adariana Rodrigues and Carla Nayara Lopes from Brasileia, Antônia Tâmila da Silva “tamylovezinha” from Senador Guiomard, Charlety Maia from Tarauacá and Juliana dos Santos Maquera from Xapuri are also investigated.
