In an ordinary session held this Tuesday, the 23rd, the Legislative Assembly of Roraima (ALE-RR) approved the annual general review (RGA) of several categories of public servants in the state administration. The adjustment, of 4.62%, is based on the Broad National Consumer Price Index (IPCA) accumulated in 2023.

The employees who benefited were those from ALE-RR (PL nº 83/2024, with 21 votes in favor); Court of Justice of Roraima – TJRR (PLC nº 001/2024, with 21 votes in favor); State Public Prosecutor’s Office – MPRR (PL nº 66/2023, with 19 votes in favor) and the State Public Defender’s Office (PL nº 013/2024, with 20 votes in favor).

President Soldado Sampaio (Republicans), highlights consensus in approving the adjustment.

In the case of the MPRR, in addition to the review, the PL deals with the restructuring of the body’s staff and the organization’s Positions, Careers and Remuneration Plan (PCCR). This includes changes to the provisions of Law No. 977/2014 and provides other measures, such as the MP’s recess period, which runs from December 20th to January 6th, the increase in the number of commission positions (12 advisor positions legal department of the Prosecutor’s Office – MP/DAS-4) and issues related to bonuses.

“This is a matter of consensus on salary replacement for civil servants. Court of Justice employees closely followed this vote. All matters passed through the relevant committees and received a favorable legal opinion”, highlighted the president of the Legislative Branch, Soldado Sampaio (Republicans), during the vote on the matters.
