A fire destroyed a house on Rua José Dagostin, in Turvo, in the Far South of Santa Catarina, on Tuesday night (2). According to the Fire Department, which responded to the incident, the structure was approximately 65 square meters in size.

Fire reached the edges of a neighboring house
According to the garrison, upon arriving at the scene, it was identified that the fire was already in the full development phase and that the flames had even reached the eaves of a neighboring residence. Military firefighters used 10 thousand liters of water to fight the fire.
People informed the garrison that the owners of the house were taken to a hospital, with burns, before the garrison arrived. The health status of the victims was not reported. After the incident, the place was left in the care of the couple’s son.
