The counselors of the Amazonas Court of Auditors (TCE-AM) will judge a total of 46 cases during the 10th Ordinary Session of the Full Court, to be held from 10 am this Tuesday (02).
Of the total number of cases, seven are part of the postponed list, which are returned for judgment after a request for review by the counselors. There are four accounts, one representation, one appeal and one transfer of position.
The agenda for the day, with 39 cases, will have eleven financial statements; eleven resources, seven representations; three motions for clarification; three inspections of management acts; a taking of accounts; two operational audits and one complaint.
Among the annual financial statements is that for 2019 from the State Department of Health (SES-AM), under the responsibility of former managers Carlos Alberto Souza de Almeida Filho, from January to March 2019, and Rodrigo Tobias de Sousa Lima, from March to December 2019. The accounting for the 2020 financial year of the Military Police of the State of Amazonas (PMAM), which is the responsibility of the expense coordinator Cel. Ronaldo Negreiros da Silva.
The session will be broadcast live via the Court of Auditors’ social networks, including YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.
