The Volkswagen Gol was the absolute sales leader in Brazil for 27 years. And even after being discontinued in 2022, it remains the best-selling used car in the country. In March this year, 57,041 units were negotiated. Thus, according to data from the Federation of Used Vehicle Dealers (Fenauto)shows a large advantage in the list of the ten best-selling used cars in the third month of the year.
The ranking continues with the Fiat Uno, which registered 32,138 sales. In other words, there is almost 25 thousand units difference in relation to first place. The podium ends with the presence of the Fiat Palio, which had 30,627 units negotiated.
Fourth position goes to the Chevrolet Onix (27,257), which is followed by the Hyundai HB20 (26,706). The Fiat Strada, currently the best-selling vehicle in Brazil, comes in sixth place with 26,074 sales. However, it is first on the list when it comes to light commercials. Finally, the survey also includes Ford Ka and Fiesta, Toyota Corolla and Chevrolet Celta (see ranking below).

It is worth mentioning that the month of March recorded 1,181,376 cars traded. In other words, a growth of 3.4% compared to February. In total, according to the survey, 3,535,531 used vehicles have been sold, around 4.9% more than the previous year.
Fenauto also reveals that there was a growth of 3.7% in the comparison between March 2024 and the same period in 2023. While accumulated, the result is up to 11.8% higher. With these numbers, the daily average of used car sales reached around 60 thousand units.
