Tocantins, in partnership with National Network for Learning, Social Promotion and Integration (Renapsi).
The 15-year-old will work in the private sector and has already passed the admission exams. Grateful, the young woman left a note for the head of the Unit, Suyane Silva, talking about the help and the emotion of the achievement.
In response, the boss says “she is happy with the teenager’s achievement in her first professional opportunity, as it is a victory for the Unit and for the management that fights to provide opportunities for teenagers in the Socio-Educational System and conditions for them to develop and be protagonists of their lives.”
Social inclusion
The teenager is one of the young people who got their first job while still complying with the measure, which could result in less recidivism. In the words of the Superintendent of Administration of the System for the Protection of the Rights of Children and Adolescents, Zeroildes Miranda, it is “a great and important advance achieved in our State in combating discrimination and stigmatization of our young people and an important window for social inclusion”.
