One was arrested in Formiga 40-year-old man suspected of storing and sharing files with scenes of child sexual abuse and intimate images of elderly people. The arrest in the act occurred during operation “Discovery”, launched this Wednesday (27) by the Civil Police.
The investigation began after information that the suspect was involved in cryptocurrency transactions to an address known as “Child abuse material”whose address is associated with the sharing and sale of content related to child sexual abuse.
During the execution of the search and seizure warrant in the rural area of Formiga, two of the suspect’s cell phones were seized, in which illicit materials were found stored.
The man was charged red-handed for the crimes of pedophilia and storing images of elderly people in a vulnerable state and was sent to the prison system.
