CNJ Competition: notice published with vacancies for technicians and analysts

Opportunities are divided between the following specialties:

Judicial Technician

  • Administrative area: 28 vacancies
  • specialized support in Systems Programming: 12 vacancies

Legal analyst

  • Administrative area in Pedagogy: one vacancy
  • specialized support in Systems Analysis: a vacancy
  • specialized support in Architecture: a vacancy
  • specialized support in Social Sciences: a vacancy
  • specialized support in Electrical Engineering: a vacancy
  • Judiciary area: 15 vacancies.

To compete, interested parties must have the complete higher education. Those approved will have initial earnings of R$8,529.65 (technicians) and R$13,994.78 (analysts).

In addition to the salary, those approved will be able to receive benefits, recently readjusted by the Judiciary, including:

  • food allowance: went from R$1,182.74 to R$1,393.10; It is
  • preschool assistance: went from R$935.22 to R$1,178.82.

Other benefits, such as medical and dental assistance, were not readjusted.

CNJ competition will have registrations opened by Cebraspe

Registration for the CNJ competition must be made via the Cebraspe website, organizer, among the April 3rd and May 2nd.

The fees will be R$126 (analysts) and R$76 (technicians), and must be paid by May 22nd.

Candidates registered with CadÚnico or bone marrow donors may request exemption from the registration fee throughout the registration period.

Tests and stages of the CNJ competition

As highlighted in the notice, candidates for the CNJ competition will be evaluated in up to three stages:

  • objective proof
  • discursive test
  • securities valuation.

Objective and discursive tests will be administered on the day June 30, 2024in the city of Brasília DF.

For technician positions, the test will last four hours and half and will be applied to the afternoon shift.

For analyst positions, the tests will last five o’clock and will be applied to the morning shift.

Objective proof

The objective test will consist of 120 questions, 50 on Basic Knowledge and 70 Specific, in the “right” or “wrong” model and with a total value of 120 points.

To be approved in broad competitionthe candidate must reach the following minimums:

  • a) grade equal to or greater than 15 points in the P1 Basic Knowledge objective test;
  • b) grade equal to or greater than 20 points in the objective P2 Specific Knowledge test;
  • c) grade equal to or greater than 40 points in all objective tests.

Those registered for vacancies for candidates black, indigenous and PcDs must obtain the following minimums to pass the objective test:

  • a) grade equal to or greater than 12 points in the objective test of Basic Knowledge P1;
  • b) grade equal to or greater than 16 points in the objective P2 Specific Knowledge test;
  • c) grade equal to or greater than 32 points in all objective tests.

Knowledge in the following areas will be required:

  • Portuguese language
  • Mathematics and Logical Reasoning;
  • Ethics, Transparency and Social Responsibility in Public Service;
  • Knowledge of Public Administration (except the position of technician in the Administrative area);
  • Understanding of Administrative Law (except for the position of analyst in the Judiciary area);
  • Understanding of Constitutional Law (except for the position of analyst in the Judiciary area);
  • Institutional Standards; It is
  • Specific knowledge.

Discursive test

As highlighted in the notice, the discursive test will consist of:

  • analyst positions: two discursive questions regarding Specific Knowledge of the area/specialty, one to be answered in up to 30 lines, worth 40 points, and another to be answered in up to 20 lines, worth 20 points.
  • technical positions: a discursive question on Specific Knowledge of the area/specialty, to be answered in up to 30 lines, worth 40 points.
