The 2023/24 soybean harvest in Paraná reached 87% of the planted area on Monday (25), according to the Department of Rural Economy (Deral), of the State Department of Agriculture. Work advanced 7 percentage points in one week.

The withdrawal of corn The field’s first harvest (summer) reaches 91% of the area, an increase of 4 percentage points in seven days.

As for the planting of second harvest corn (safrinha) in Paraná, the crops occupy 96% of the area, compared to 99% last week.

According to Deral, 76% of crops soy have good development conditions, 23%, average and 1%, poor. The plantations are in the following phases: fruiting (10%) and maturation (90%).

Summer corn develops well in 50% of the area. In 37% of the crops, the condition is average and in 13%, it is poor.

The phases are: fruiting (2%) and maturation (98%). In the case of second harvest corn, the development condition is good for 86% of the area. At 12% it is average and 2% is bad. Second harvest corn crops are in the following phases: germination (3%), vegetative development (63%), flowering (27%) and fruiting (7%).
