Apple Watch will have a Mindfulness challenge for World Meditation Day

-

Users of Apple Watch will soon be able to compete in World Meditation Day Challengewhich will take place on the day May 21 — this will be the first promoted by Apple to celebrate the date.

As published by MacRumors, the new challenge will have a dynamic very similar to those that Apple traditionally launches; Obviously, the focus this time will be on carrying out activities that involve the mind.

Therefore, it will be enough to calculate at least five minutes of Mindfulness (Mindfulness) — which can be done either through the app of the same name (available for Apple Watch or Apple Vision) or through any software that counts this category in the Health app (Health).

As always, Apple Watch owners who win the World Meditation Day prize will receive a dedicated badge in the Fitness app, as well as a series of animated stickers that can be used in Messages and FaceTime.

So far, this is the only challenge scheduled for the month of May. In April, users were able to participate in two events: Earth Day and International Dance Day.
