Due to system inoperability, SES advises on dispensing special medicines in the State in pharmacies

Due to the inoperability of the Medication Administration System (AME System), the Department of Pharmaceutical Assistance of the State Department of Health (SES) issued a statement advising pharmacies who distribute special medicines of Stateadministered by municipalities, how the delivery of the inputs for patients.

The document advises that dispensing, that is, delivery, can be made to patients who have the second sheet of receipt for the last prescription; by a pharmacy that maintains updated lists of patients and their active treatments; or by pharmaceutical establishments that have printed the Rame 16, what allows the identification of patients with active administrative or judicial proceedings.

Patients who do not fit into these situations must wait for the AME System to return, which is maintained by Procergs (Center for Information and Communication Technology of the State of Rio Grande do Sul). With the return of the system, all dispensations must return to their normal online flow.

Affected by the flood in Porto Alegre, Procergs chose to shut down the Data Center this Monday (06/05), temporarily taking most services and systems offline to preserve the installed infrastructure and allow the return without data loss. Procergs is working to restore normal conditions.
