She arrived obese and full of health problems, but as the training went on, she began to overcome herself. She always came to class, it was difficult to miss. Less medicine and more whey, couscous and creatine

Exercise has yielded health benefits for the entire family. Marluce started her gym journey weighing almost 100 kg, according to her. Today, in addition to losing weight, she has managed to reduce the amount of medication she takes to control her blood pressure.

Now I weigh 72 kg, but I’ve already reached 95 kg. I still take blood pressure medication, just two, but before it was five pills a day. Marluce dos Santos

Regarding diet, Marluce says she eats almost everything, but with the supervision of a nutritionist to control the quantity.
