In this Tuesday’s Sem Rodeos (2), our commentators, Cristina Graeml, Jorge Serrão and Marco Antônio Costa, analyze the “SUS of education”, proposed by the Lula government. The National Education System (SNE) model gives decision-making power to unions and also obliges the Union, states and municipalities to carry out measures.
We will also talk about the trial of senator Sérgio Moro, at the Regional Electoral Court of Paraná (TRE-PR). Judge Luciano Carrasco Falavinha Souza, rapporteur of the Judicial Electoral Investigation Actions (Aijes), voted to dismiss the accusations of abuse of economic power against the former Lava Jato judge. The trial will resume next Wednesday (3).
Furthermore, we will see that the Federal Supreme Court (STF) formed a majority last Monday (1st) against the interpretation that the Armed Forces can exercise “moderating power” in the country. The trial takes place in the virtual plenary and is scheduled to end next Monday (8). So far, the score is 6 votes to zero.
