The Ana Hickmann x Alexandre Correa case gained an important development this Wednesday (27). According to information on journalist Leo Dias’ website, the São Paulo Court of Justice accepted the presenter’s request and, now, the ex-husband is prohibited from using his son’s image with matters related to the process.
The trigger for this decision was the video published by Alexandre on the 17th, in which the boy, just 10 years old, states that his father did not attack his mother on November 11, 2023. Information from the police report and subsequent interviews realize that the child was not in the room at the time the presenter’s arm was pressed hard against a door.
In addition to preserving the minor from the exhibition, Alexandre is also prohibited from slandering and committing insults against Ana in the media.
In a note sent to the press, Ana’s team says that she “continues to protect her son from unnecessary exposure and maintains the same behavior in respect for Justice and the preservation of the minor.”

Ana filed a petition for Alexandre to no longer mention her name and that of her boyfriend, Edu Guedes, on the 14th. At the time, the businessman was angry on social media and said he was the target of an attempted censorship.
“Amazingly, Ana and her lawyers filed a petition yesterday asking me not to pronounce her name and that of Eduardo Guedes, as well as photos in any media and digital media. A clear and very unfair attempt at censorship!”, pointed out the businessperson.
