He argues, among other things, that he “never saw his mother and godmother interact as a couple.” He also appealed to the SP Court to request the annulment of a document in which he recognized the union between Wilma and Gal, when he was a minor.

An audio released by the newspaper Folha de S.Paulo, on February 18, exposes a fight between Gabriel and Wilma. In the recording, which lasts almost eight minutes, Gal’s former manager pressures the boy to sign a debt acknowledgment agreement with the record company Biscoito Fino. She wanted an advance on royalties from the artist.
