Clear without signal? Internet and mobile network present instability today (2)

Claro has no signal for some users this Tuesday morning (2). Data from the Downdetector platform, which monitors service outages, indicates that there was a sudden increase in notifications about the operator from 2pm (Brasília time), with a peak of 631 user complaints at 2:31pm. Also according to the tool, the instability affects Claro’s telephone network, mobile and fixed Internet, in addition to the cable TV service, in several states in Brazil.
On social media, some users also expressed dissatisfaction with the drop in service. Wanted by TechTudoClaro sent a note at 3:17 pm informing that the network is now operating normally.
