Santos signs up Serginho and reaches 36 players in the Brazilian Series B dispute

O Santos signed up midfielder Serginho to compete in Series B of the Brazilian Championship. Coach Fábio Carille’s team now has 36 players on the list. The player, who arrives on loan from Maringá until the end of the season, was announced by Peixe this Tuesday (23) and is already regularized with the BID of CBF.

Defender Leo Zabala and midfielder Alison remain off the list. In total, clubs can register up to 50 players in the second division of the Brasileirão until September 9th. Teams can still make eight substitutions on the list, from those already registered before, until September 20th, aiming for the mid-year window.

Among the goalkeepers, João Paulo and Gabriel Brazão compete for the goal and Diógenes, from the base, is the third goalkeeper. Among the defenders, Gil, Joaquim and Jair are options. Alex is recovered from a broken ankle and Zabala is available after strengthening his muscles following his ACL injury. Samuel also joins the options.

Full-back Hayner, who plays on both sides, will be permanently purchased by Peixe. On the left side, there are Escobar, Dodô and Souza recovered after muscle injury. On the right side, Aderlan, Rodrigo Ferreira and JP Chermont are seeking to start in the position.

Regarding the midfielders, Schmidt, Pituca, Rincón, Nonato, Giuliano and Cazares are options. Vinicius Balieiro was reinstated in the state. Alison and Sandry, who are recovering from ACL, may be available in the second semester. Patrick must do more duties. Miguelito, a great Bolivian promise, is also an option, as is Serginho.

In attack, Morelos, Furch, Bigode, Guilherme, Otero, Pedrinho and Patati are alternatives.
