Justin Gaethje suffered one of the worst defeats of his career in UFC 300. “It was a huge risk. I failed, but if I had won that fight, if I had knocked out quickly, I would have accepted the fight against Makhachev. It’s just the game”, declared the former interim UFC champion, in an interview with the website ‘MMA Knockout‘.
