Crime happened on Thursday, 28
A 46-year-old woman was injured after being shot in the hand with a firearm at around 12pm on Thursday, 28th, on Rua 7 de Abril, in the São Francisco neighborhood, in Ascurra. According to the victim’s report, the shooter was an ex-boyfriend. The case was handled by the Military Police.
According to the PM’s report, upon arriving at the scene, the military found the victim bleeding. When asked what happened, she said she was walking down a street in the São Francisco neighborhood, in Ascurra. At one point, a silver HB 20 vehicle, driven by an ex-boyfriend, approached.
The woman then reports that the man fired a firearm into her hand. The bullet hit his left hand. After committing the crime, the man fled the scene. The PM carried out searches with the aim of locating the criminal, but he has not yet been found.
In view of the facts, this police report was drawn up for subsequent steps, investigations and other measures that the case requires from the competent bodies.
