Rio – Singer Anderson Leonardo, who died this Friday (26), continues to receive tributes. This Sunday (28), it was the turn of the artist’s father, music producer Bira Haway, to dedicate his words to his son.

“From father to son!” he began in an Instagram post. “Son, your soul was collected with nobility. I feel sad for not hugging you anymore, but my comfort and my pride are having been your father and having made you an icon, a complete professional, a wonderful father to your children, a son sensational, an extraordinary friend and, above all, an enlightened and unforgettable human being”, he continued.

“Your legacy that is being left is our greatest gift. I know that your legacy, your music and your joy will embrace many generations. I love you, my son, my friend, my companion. Have fun up there. My love for you are eternal!”, he concluded.

Anderson Leonardo died after battling cancer in the groin area since 2022. The singer, known as ‘Anderson Molejão’, will be buried this Sunday (28), with a wake open to the public, at the Jardim da Saudade Cemetery, in Sulacap, in the Zone West of Rio. Anderson leaves four children.
