Shirt number 8 of the star club has not yet scored for Raposa since his return to Toca da Raposa
Cruzeiro striker Rafa Silva made a post on his Instagram profile that had a negative impact on some Cruzeiro fans. So much so that the celestial number 8, a few minutes after posting, blocked the comments. Rafa Silva published a photo during training with the phrase “For those who don’t suck up to anyone, running is a little more difficult, but it’s worth it”.
The Cruzeiro fans soon accused the player of the sentence. “Wanting to cause a problem or a ‘nitpick’ in a decisive week? Help me there”, said a fan referring to the classic against Atlético, valid for the first match of the Minas Gerais Championship decision.
Another fan even commented on the repercussion that the post could bring. “I doubt at all that the Minas Gerais press will use your phrase to say that you are dissatisfied. Everything has a time!”, he warned. The post was later deleted.
Completely cleared by the club’s health department, the athlete did specific strength work for much of March. As a result, he lost space in the fight for a place in the team led by Nicolás Larcamón. Cruzeiro faces Atlético next Saturday (30), at 4:30 pm, at Arena MRV, in the first game of the state finals.
