As a result, the athlete would miss the group stage of the Libertadores da América.

With developments, it is possible that Gerson will still participate in the final stretch of the Libertadores group stage, as he was registered in the competition. It is worth highlighting that Flamengo’s plan is to carry out constant tests to analyze the steering wheel’s response to treatment. Meanwhile, the player dedicates himself to physical reconditioning work after spending a month without practicing any activity.

GERSON’S EMPLOYMENT

First of all, it is worth remembering that Gerson will be absent from Flamengo in the finals of the Campeonato Carioca, against Nova Iguaçu, this Saturday (30th) and on April 7th. Furthermore, the number 8 will ask for Mais Querido’s first games in the Libertadores.
