Registration for the public competition at the Court of Justice of Maranhão (TJ-MA) begins at 4pm this Monday (29). The competition is to fill 41 permanent civil servant positions and create a reserve register. Registration for the competition will be carried out exclusively online, until 4pm on June 3rd.

To register, the candidate must:

  • access the page of the Consulplan Institute, responsible for the competition;
  • access the link to register for the contest;
  • register using the specific application available on the aforementioned page;
  • choose the position/specialty for which you wish to apply;
  • choose the municipality in which the public competition tests will be held;
  • complete the online registration application, indicating whether you want exemption, competition through reserved places and/or special assistance;
  • complete the registration after checking the data provided in the online registration application;
  • print the bank slip that must be paid by the due date stated on the document.

The notice is offering 41 vacancies for the positions of Judicial Analyst, Judicial Technician and Court Officer, in addition to reserve registration.

The positions offered in the notice are:

  • Judicial Technician – Administrative Technical Support;
  • Judicial Technician – Accounting Technician;
  • Judicial Technician – IT Technician – Software.
  • Judicial Analyst – Systems Analyst – Database;
  • Judicial Analyst – Systems Analyst – Development; Systems Analyst – ICT Governance and Management;
  • Judicial Analyst – Analyst and Systems – Information Security;
  • Judicial Analyst – Systems Analyst – Support and Network;
  • Judicial Analyst – Archivist;
  • Judicial Analyst – Accountant; Judicial Analyst – Law; Judicial Analyst – Statistics; Judicial Analyst – Historian;
  • Probation officer.

Based on item VIII of article 37 of the Federal Constitution, Federal Decree No. 9,508/2018 and State Law No. 5,484/1992, the competition is reserving 5% of the total vacancies provided for People with Disabilities (PwD), as long as the disability is compatible with the duties of the position being filled.

20% of vacancies are also being offered to black candidates, based on State Law No. 10,404/2015, Federal Law No. 12,990/2014 and Resolutions No. 203/2015 and No. 541/2023 of the National Council of Justice.

In this case, there will be a hetero-identification procedure complementary to the self-declaration of being black, black, brown or brown, which will be carried out by the Hetero-Identification Commission and will comply with Resolution No. 541/2023, of the National Council of Justice.

In addition, 3% of vacancies will be reserved for candidates who declare themselves indigenous, according to CNJ Resolution No. 512/2023.

The registration fee values ​​are:

  • R$ 70 – Judicial Technician (all specialties)
  • R$ 100 – Judicial Analyst (all specialties)
  • R$ 90 – Bailiff

All registered candidates, who do not pay the bank slip during this period, will be able to reprint the document, at the latest, until the first business day after the closing of registrations (June 4, 2024) until 8 pm, when this resource will be removed from the website www.institutoconsulplan.org.br.

Payment of the bank slip, on the same day, can be made at any bank branch and its correspondents or through online payment.

Objective and discursive tests will be applied to all positions in the competition, both of an eliminatory and classificatory nature. The tests will be administered in the municipalities of São Luís, Imperatriz and Caxias.

For the positions of Analyst, Judicial Technician – Accounting Technician and Judicial Technician – IT Technician – Software, The tests will be held on July 14th. As for the tests for the position of Administrative Technician, the tests will be administered on July 21st.

The basic remuneration, as well as the benefits for those occupying positions/specialties are:

  • Judicial Technician: R$4,960.21 (basic salary), R$1,750 (food allowance), plus additional qualification;
  • Judicial Analyst: 9,234.83 (remuneration), R$ 1,750 (food allowance), in addition to additional qualification;
  • Court Officer: R$ 7,724 (basic salary), R$ 1,750 (food allowance), plus additional qualification.
