The public who will participate in the 4th State Forum of Agriculture Managers of Bahia (Feagri) will have a wide variety of mini-courses available to improve their knowledge. The Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, Irrigation, Fisheries and Aquaculture of Bahia (Seagri), which organizes the event, has prepared more than ten short course options that will be taught on the first day of Feagri, on May 21, 2024, at the Convention Center from Salvador.
The mini-courses will cover topics such as Fundraising, taught by Sandra Carvalho from Seagri, Management and Public Policy, coordinated by Jorge Nascimento, Municipal Agricultural Production (PAM), by Átila Schaffer, from UPB, Geographical Indication, among others. These courses aim to equip managers with practical knowledge and effective strategies.
Participants must choose the short course of interest when registering. Registration can be made until May 12th via the link https://encurtador.com.br/nqryU. In addition to the short courses, Feagri will promote open plenaries in the following days, covering a variety of topics. Among them, discussions on climate change, the agricultural situation in Bahia and the prospects for the next 10 years stand out.
Feagri, which takes place from May 21st to 23rd, is recognized as a space for learning and exchanging information, bringing together professionals, specialists and managers from the agricultural sector. During the three days of programming, crucial topics for sustainable development and improvement of agricultural practices will be addressed.
According to the head of Seagri, Wallison Tum, in previous editions, Feagri recorded the participation of representatives from more than 300 municipalities in Bahia. “This diversity of experiences and perspectives enriches debates and strengthens the collaboration network between managers”, says the secretary.
