Florianópolis, 3.05.2024 – More than 2,600 vacancies are available on the employment platform of the Federation of Industries of Santa Catarina (FIESC), redesigned to connect professionals interested in working in the productive sector and industries with open opportunities. Companies looking for talent can also use the tool, which has more than 54,000 resumes available for consultation.
Both workers and companies can access www.trabalhenaindustria.com.br to connect with the portal Get employed nowwhich advertises job opportunities.
In addition, the platform offers dozens of free online courses with certificate issuance. Personal finance, entrepreneurship, management, healthcare, digital world, mathematics and Portuguese are some of them.
Partnerships expand the platform’s reach
Several municipalities have hosted job fairs organized with the support of FIESC. On the Instagram profile @conscientesocialfiesc, content alerts you about upcoming fairs. Last year, there were 46 in the State. They brought together 68 thousand people and 764 companies. This year, the event has already been held in Jaraguá do Sul, São Bento do Sul, Guaramirim and Schroeder.
Another partnership that has contributed to expanding the dissemination of vacancies is with city halls. In total, there are already 60 municipalities that use the platform Get employed now. Those who want to create a municipal platform to publicize available vacancies in the municipality can formalize a partnership with FIESC.
