Ines Gemilaki, aged 48, and Bruno Gemilaki Dal Poz, aged 28, mother and son who broke into a house and killed two elderly peoplein Peixoto de Azevedo, 692 km from Cuiabá, were indicted this Thursday (2). In addition to the two, Ines’ husband and brother-in-law, identified as Marcio Ferreira Gonçalves and Eder Gonçalves Rodrigues, were also indicted.

According to the Civil Police, the four investigated must answer for the crimes of completed qualified homicide, attempted qualified homicide and criminal association.

To the g1, Bruno’s defense said that it takes the indictment naturally and emphasizes that it is not indicative of guilt, just a normal consequence of police activity. The report tries to contact the defense of the other three involved.

Mother and son are suspected of killing elderly people

Ines and Bruno were caught on a security camera breaking into a house and firing several shots. In the images, you can see the woman inside the house shooting, while her son was in the backyard and also fired shotsaccording to the police. (watch above)

The police, who are still investigating the case, suspect that the motivation for the crime is a commercial disagreement involving rent payments for the invaded house. According to police, the main target of the attack was the owner of the house, who was not hit by the shots.
