The public tender notice for Companhia Urbanizadora da Nova Capital do Brasil (Novacap) was rectified this Friday (26/4). The changes were published in the Official Gazette of the Federal District (DODF). Check out the changes:
The following item was included: “Candidates are allowed to register for vacancies reserved for those with low income, even in an employment area where there is no provision for a vacancy or reserve registration, considering the possibility of this occurring during the validity period of the public competition, the opening of new vacancies above the number initially foreseen.”
Candidates who, during the hetero-identification procedure:
- Not considered a black person in the hetero-identification procedure;
- Do not attend the hetero-identification procedure;
- Evade the place where the hetero-identification procedure is carried out without going through all the assessment procedures;
- Do not present the original identity document.
Based on the list organized in the notice, the discursive tests of candidates approved in the objective tests and best classified will be corrected up to a quantity equivalent to three times the sum of the immediate and reserve registration vacancies, or at least twenty-seven candidates, which is greater, respecting ties for last place, according to the following table:

About the contest
The event offers, in total, 480 opportunities, 120 of which are for immediate completion and 360 for forming a reserve register. Among the immediate ones, 89 are higher-level vacancies and 31 are mid-level and technical.
The competition includes objective tests, of an eliminatory and classificatory nature, for all positions; and discursive test, of an eliminatory and classificatory nature, for higher-level careers.
Those approved and appointed will receive starting salaries of R$4,942.94 to R$10,800, depending on their career. The benefits of additional service time, food allowance, basket allowance, daycare allowance, death/funeral allowance, health allowance and transportation allowance are also offered.
Registration is open and can be made until May 20th, on the Instituto Quadrix website, the organizing committee.
