Signed by Architects Office for the construction company Blue Heaventhe residential Monolytwhich is expected to be launched this year on the rugged beach of Balneário Camboriúhad its project developed to meticulously blend into the nature of the place and establish a positive legacy by preserving the landscape.

Commanded by Greg Bousquetone of the founding partners of Triptyque Architectureand his team of architects, the project received an international architecture award, the Urban Design Architecture Awards 2024organized by the architecture portal Architecture Press Releasewith the aim of recognizing iconic and surprising projects in world architecture with a focus on themes such as sustainability, implementation of new technologies and materials.

The project impresses by inserting in detail elements of nature integrated into the paradisiacal setting of Praia do Estaleiro, located between the cities of Balneário Camboriú and Itapema, on the north coast of Santa Catarina. Blue Heaven’s objective is to develop a work that promotes a unique experience and that combines art with sustainability and, in addition to the luxurious construction standard, bring a positive legacy to the region’s rugged setting.“, comments the CEO of Blue Heaven, Fabricio Bellini.

Close to the beachfront, the layout simulates the path of the river and the sea. In the main area, it incorporates a large natural rock that gives the sensation of entering a cave, which leads to a leisure environment with pools that look like natural lakes, a gym, rest lounges and work space. The element of fire is also represented in common areas through environments with fireplaces, spas, spaces for intimate dining and meditation.

Being on a slender terrain, juxtaposed between the river and the sea in an almost flat topography, we used a transitional architecture, mimicking the Monolyt to local signs, establishing an organic implantation and simulating the path of the river and the sea with the areas common elements enhancing this design and connection“, conceptualizes Greg Bousquet.

The apartments connect with nature and have private swimming pools that reach a depth of 1.2 meters and large terraces. The apartments with four suites are grouped in two buildings connected by a central environment that encourages socializing and experiences in a place full of nature.

Highlighting the planned materials and finishes, such as the predominance of natural stones and glass that surround the balconies and outline the facade. The wood and brushed steel details enhance the project with a contemporary touch.
