The value of the basic tariff and tariffs per vehicle category were also approved by the Agency. The basic tariff (category 1) is applied to passenger vehicles; other vehicle categories have different prices (See table).
Tariff and contract fulfillment – As AGEMS explains, the value of R$ 12.20 for a passenger vehicle (basic tariff) corresponds to the variation in the adjustment index for the period of one year, as provided for in the Concession Contract. This adjustment updates the value of the basic tariff in force (R$ 11.80) to the current date, with the effective start of toll collection.
It is worth mentioning that Ordinance AGEMS 270 of April 2, 2024, published in the Official Gazette of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul, approving the adjustment of the toll rate on MS-306, occurs after the concessionaire meets the prerequisites required in the Contract grant.

About Way 306 – Way-306 – Concessionária da Rodovia MS 306 SA signed the concession contract for the MS-306 highway with the Government of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul on March 19, 2020 and, from April 22, took over for 30 years responsibility for the administration, recovery, conservation, maintenance, implementation of improvements and expansion of the highway. The state concession covers the entire length of MS-306, from km zero, MS/MT Divide, to km 218.1 at the junction with BR-158, in Cassilândia (MS), and incorporates 1.4 kilometers of the BR-359, from km zero to the MS/GO Divide; totaling 219.5 kilometers. The MS-306 highway runs along the border between the State of Mato Grosso do Sul and the State of Goiás, crossing three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul and Cassilândia, all located in the northeastern portion of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul.
