The Santa Catarina Civil Police served a search and seizure warrant against a teenager for inciting extremist acts in schools. The action took place this Wednesday morning (3) in the municipality of Fazenda Rio Grande, in Paraná.

Extremist acts

The investigation investigates the radicalization and recruitment of young people to carry out extremist acts. This investigation is part of the operation carried out in July 2023 in Saudades, West of SC.

At that time, the operation identified a case of support for Nazism in a municipal school in Saudades.

According to the Civil Police, during the action this Wednesday (3) elements were obtained that revealed the dissemination of the content through a voice and textual communication application.

The digital traces will be analyzed by the Civil Police.

Search and seizure

The action was carried out by the Civil Police of Santa Catarina, through the DEIC’s Office for the Repression of Racism and Intolerance Offenses in conjunction with the Police Station of Saudades.
