At least four more influencers became targets of the Civil Police for promoting illegal gambling and raffles in Acre. This Tuesday (23), police teams carried out three search and seizure warrants at the home of those being investigated, in Rio Branco, and seized two vehicles, smartphones, notebooks, tablets and the blocking of amounts in the suspects’ bank accounts.

The warrants were executed in another phase of Operation Jackpot. Those investigated had up to R$1 million blocked by the courts.

In March of this year, during the first phase, the targets of the investigations were 17 digital influencers, including Rogéria Rocha, Juliana Vellegas, known as Juh Vellegas, Jéssica Ingrede, her husband Jordson Ferreira da Silva, and Jamila Roysall.

In this new phase, one of those investigated is businesswoman Dâmaris Nepomuceno, known in the capital of Acre for producing and selling homemade cakes, and Natacha Silva, who presents herself as a gambler and has several videos promoting gambling.

On a social network, Natacha even mocked the investigation and said that she would buy a new phone after hers was taken by the police. “I’m going to buy a new 15 Pro Max. They took mine for investigation! I’ll be right back and clarify everything as it happened. My direct line is full and I’m (sic) without Wpp [WhatsApp] for now!”.

To the g1, Dâmaris Nepomuceno said he will not comment on the operation. The report awaits the return of Natacha Silva.

The couple Davi de Alencar Elias, known as Davizerapremiações, and Yngredy Santos de Almeida are the others being investigated. They usually advertise raffles on social media and the others would be investigated. Together, the four investigated accumulate more than 78.5 thousand followers.

In addition to the seizure of material assets, the Civil Police announced that it requested the seizure of goods purchased with illicit resources.

Delegate Igor Brito, responsible for the investigations, highlighted that the objective of the operation is also to prevent the spread of illicit activities.

“Combating illegal gambling is one of the authorities’ priorities, aiming to guarantee a safe and legal environment for all Acre citizens”, he summarized.
