MS Federal Court orders Ronnie Lessa’s return to RJ’s prison system | Rio de Janeiro

The Federal Court of Campo Grande, in Mato Grosso do Sul, ordered Ronnie Lessa, detained in a federal unit accused of killing councilor Marielle Franco, to return to Rio de Janeiro within 30 days.
The period of stay in the unit ended on March 21, according to a document obtained by TV Globo.

According to the decision of the inspector of the Federal Prison of Campo Grande, the “judicial court of the 4th Criminal Court of the District of the Capital – Rio de Janeiro/RJ did not forward the decision to renew the prisoner’s stay in the federal penitentiary system.“
