The Brazilian Association of Human Resources (ABRH) in Bahia is promoting, this Tuesday (2), the 2nd HRM Meeting aimed at Human Resources leaders, with a focus on unveiling myths and truths about happiness in the workplace.

The event aims to bring together HR professionals to discuss relevant topics related to the work environment and people management. Exclusive for ABRH Bahia members, the meeting takes place at the CocoBambu restaurant.

Currently, happiness at work is an essential topic to understand the challenges faced by organizations in the search for employee well-being and the promotion of a healthy and productive environment.

The event’s program includes a lecture given by professor Victoriano Garrido, author of the book “Pílulas do Bem Viver” and weekly behavior and career columnist at BandNews FM. Furthermore, there will be a panel with the participation of Viviane Brito, CEO of Villa Global Education; Renata Castello Branco, Managing Partner of Excelência Consultoria; and Rafael Ferreira, Commercial Manager at Swile Brasil.
