Guest conductor Daniel Nery will be conducting, a great collaborator of Orsse, with a doctorate in music from the University of Aveiro (Portugal). Tickets, at popular prices, are available at the Atheneu Theater box office. Orsse is an organization of the Government of Sergipe, through the Aperipê Culture and Art Foundation (Funcap).

The program will include two iconic pieces by Russian composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. The first is the vibrant Slavic March, a work known for its infectious energy and captivating melodies that echo the grandeur of symphonic music. Next, Symphony nº1 will be presented, in G minor, also known as “Winter Dreams”. This symphony, filled with lyrical passages and dramatic moments, is a true celebration of Tchaikovsky’s imagination and emotional depth.

A frequent musician on the state’s stages, conductor Daniel Nery comments: “It is always important for Orsse to play in this, which is the most traditional theater in Aracaju, and the Tchaikovsky Festival is a delight for the public. The Slavic March is an explosion of energy and musical patriotism, while Symphony No. 1 transports us to the dreams and reflections of the Russian winter. It will be an unforgettable and exciting night of music for everyone present.”
