247 – TV 247 presents a new image, with a new logo and new visual identity for the programs, this Tuesday (30). The debut was on Bom dia 247, presented by the journalist and editor-in-charge of Brasil 247, Leonardo Attuch.

“It is not just a change in aesthetic and graphic representation, but the expression of the evolution of the channel that is in constant movement, without losing our main characteristics: democratic, progressive and plural journalism, with broad public participation”, emphasizes Attuch.

The director of TV 247, Dhayane Santos, highlights that the channel began “a brand update and a standardization of the visual identity in all programs with new features in the channel’s screen layout, stripes and information on the screen presented in a new way” .

Designers Flávio da Costa and Satsumi Murakami, from Caburé Studio, in Rio de Janeiro, were responsible for the brand’s redesign.

“How to work with such a beloved brand? The new TV 247 brand seeks to bring an evolution of the original brand, and not create a completely new one, from scratch. We took advantage of the concept of rotating hours (24 hours, 7 days a week) to update the design, colors and typography, making the brand cleaner and more versatile”, says Flávio da Costa.

According to him, the new visual identity also establishes greater spatial organization on the program screens. “Each program now has its own identity, with exclusive logos, colors and backgrounds, but always organized in a way associated with the TV 247 brand, forming a set of channel identity”, he reinforces.

The professional highlighted that this evolution “seeks to reflect the talent and professionalism of the TV 247 team, and its search for constant improvement in communication technology, without breaking with the channel’s history”.

In addition to the new visual identity, A TV 247, which already has around 16 hours of programming per day, also presents new features in its programming schedule. . On April 14th, Horta da Verdade premiered, under the command of historian Fernando Horta. The live program, every Sunday from 7 pm, presents an analysis of the political and economic situation.

On Thursdays, starting at 1 pm, we will have Empreender Brasil, presented by journalist Beatriz Bevilaqua. Income distribution, job creation and the fight against social inequalities in the country involve micro and small companies. The program highlights the importance of small businesses, the challenges of entrepreneurship and the ways to promote entrepreneurship.

On the same day, at 2 pm, the program Elections in the USA premieres, with Pedro Paiva, correspondent for TV 247 in New York, and Brian Mier, an American journalist residing in Brazil, bringing highlights and analysis of the American elections and how this process interferes in international geopolitics.

Miguel Paiva and Regina Zappa will lead “O Barato da Age”, every Thursday, at 4:30 pm, within the Brasil Agora program. “Let’s talk about age, or rather, talk about prejudice against older people and what’s best at this stage of life”, highlights Miguel Paiva. One of Brasil 247’s permanent commitments is the fight against ageism.

And more news is coming. “Coverage of the 2024 municipal elections will have a privileged space on TV 247, with interviews with pre-candidates for mayors of the country’s main capitals, pre-candidates for councilors and all coverage of the electoral process. We are excited and preparing to deliver quality information to our viewers”, guarantees Dhayane Santos.
