The suspension will be valid until the Judgment on the merits of Direct Unconstitutionality Action (ADI) No. 7,488 or until the publication of a new notice, which guarantees female candidates the right to compete for all the vacancies offered, freely and on equal terms with men.
On February 29th, the STF minister, Nunes Marques, had taken the preliminary decision to suspend the PM MG competition and the application of the tests, scheduled for March 10th. Now, the other ministers have ratified the decision.
In turn, the Minas Gerais Military Police has already canceled competitions with 3,282 vacancies, 3,102 for soldiers and 180 for officers.
According to the corporation, the cancellation was due to the precautionary measure granted by ADI nº 7,488.

Also this Tuesday, 2nd, the BNDES confirmed a new increase in the number of vacancies in the competition, which is scheduled to be announced later this year.
According to the body, the BNDES competition will offer 99 vacancies and reserve registration opportunities.
The expectation, at least at the moment, is that the notice will be published in October.

INSS nominates 276 people approved in the competition
The appointment of almost 300 approved in the last INSS competition, held in 2022. In total, 276 candidates were nominated.
As highlighted in a document published in the Official Gazette of the Union this Tuesday, 2nd, the nominees are part of the second class of the 2022 selection training course.
The new employees will occupy several Executive Departments spread across all regions of the country.
These future servers will be busy analyzing applications. This is yet another measure by the Ministry of Social Security and the INSS to restore the autarchy’s staff.
Organized by Cebraspe, the last INSS competition offered a thousand vacancies for the post of mid-level social security technician. The initial remuneration of the successful candidate will be R$5,938.52.

SMV Aeronáutica announces higher level notices
The Brazilian Air Force announced the implementation of the SMV Aeronáutica for the years 2024/2025. The new selections have already been approved and will bring temporary higher level opportunities.
The ordinances approving the notices were published in the Official Gazette of the Union last Monday, 1st.
The opportunities will be for temporary aeronautics officers, to work on the Summoned 2nd Class Reserve Officers Board (QOCon), in various specialties.
The opportunities will be distributed across several regions. The geographic area of activity is defined in accordance with the Air Force Recruitment and Personnel Preparation Service (Serep).

Transpetro competition is approved
The final results of the Transpetro competition for the positions of Sea and Land staff (higher level) were published this Tuesday, 2, in the Official Gazette of the Union.
For Quadro Terra’s mid-level positions, the final result was released on March 5th.
With the publication of the approval of the final result, the expectation is that those approved will be called throughout the validity, which will be one year, and may be extended once and for the same period, at Transpetro’s discretion.
For the Land workforce, the Transpetro competition offered 154 immediate vacancies for positions at medium and higher levels.
They were also offered 1,078 opportunities in reserve registration, which can be used during the validity period of the competition.
As for Mar’s staff, the offer was 53 vacancies for immediate hiring and 371 for forming a reserve register.
For Quadro Terra mid-level positions, the Transpetro competition offered 1,656 vacancies.

Salvador BA competition has almost 700 vacancies planned
The new Salvador BA competition has 696 vacancies planned for different areas, such as Health and Education. The amount was passed on by a source to Folha Directed by Qconcursos.
The competition will have objective tests applied to all positions. In the case of the pedagogical coordinator, however, there will also be a discursive test, psychological assessment and examination of qualifications.
There is still no schedule for the notice and tests. The dates are being defined with the Institute for Educational, Cultural and National Assistance Development (Idecan), chosen to organize the new competition.
Idecan will be responsible for receiving competition entries and applying the steps, such as objective tests.

UFRJ Competition
Despite registrations being open for its UFRJ competition for permanent teachers in various areas, the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro published a new notice, with 54 temporary opportunities for teaching.
As highlighted in the document, the contract will be valid for up to one year, and may be extended for the same period, as long as the total term does not exceed 24 months.
The substitute teachers will be allocated in the municipalities of Duque de Caxias RJ, Macaé RJ and Rio de Janeiro (capital).
Registration can be made between 10am on April 8th and 5pm on April 12th.
To register, the candidate must send an email with the necessary documents to the email addresses of the departments in the areas offered in the selection process.

The salary of the substitute teacher at URFJ will vary according to the degree of the approved candidate, being:
- specialization: R$2,961.35;
- master’s degree: R$3,046.99; It is
- doctorate: R$3,839.21.
It is worth noting that the substitute teacher’s working day will be 20 hours.
Candidates will be evaluated through the qualifications stage.
