The Tocantins Court of Justice (TJTO) created the committee for the 6th public competition to fill the position of substitute judge. The competition will offer 15 places, in addition to training reserve registration. The starting salary is R$30,617.00.

According to Resolution No. 3, the commission is responsible for adopting all necessary measures to organize and carry out the competition. The commission must transfer, partially or fully, the responsibilities conferred on it to the specialized institution to be contracted to carry out the event.

The notice opening the public competition for the position of Substitute Judge will be published after the publication of the final results of the National Judicial Exam (ENAM), provided for in art. 4-A of CNJ Resolution no. 75/2009, and regulated by ENFAM Resolution n. 07/2023.

Requirements

Check the requirements for joining the organization:

  • to be Bachelor in Lawgraduated at least 03 (three) years ago, from an official or recognized educational establishment, until the deadline for definitive registration;

  • have exercised for at least 03 (three) years, legal activityunderstood in the form of Resolution No. 11/2006, issued by the National Council of Justice, until the date of definitive registration and other requirements.

Last competition for Judge

The last competition had a notice published in 2006. At the time, 27 vacancies were offered for entry into the position of Substitute Judge.

The organization was under the responsibility of Cespe/Cebraspe (UnB). The registration fee cost R$150.00.

Members

The competition committee, as full members, includes: judge Eurípedes Lamounier (president of the Selection and Training Committee of the Court of Justice), who will act as president of the Competition Committee; judge Adolfo Amaro Mendes, who will be vice-president; judge Angela Haonat; the public prosecutor, Monique Teixeira Vaz, member appointed by the Public Ministry of Tocantins (MPTO); and lawyer Priscila Madruga Ribeiro, member appointed by the Brazilian Bar Association – Tocantins Section (OAB/TO).

Composing the group as substitute members are: judge João Rigo Guimarães; judges Roniclay Alves de Morais and Renata Nascimento e Silva; prosecutor Flávia Rodrigues Cunha, member appointed by the MPTO; and lawyer Jandra Pereira de Paula, member appointed by OAB/TO.
