The State University of Pará (Uepa), will open selection for new students, on the days April 3rd and 4th, for level 1 classes of the Mandarin Course, with 50 places. Interested parties must register online, through the institution’s website.
Seven classes will be offered, five on Mondays and Wednesdays, and two on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with morning and afternoon schedules. See below the requirements and necessary documents:
- Minimum age of 16 years old (only for the external community).
- RG (front and back – scanned and readable).
- CPF (scanned).
- 3×4 photo (scanned and with solid background) – a 3×4 photo must be attached according to the document standards. Selfies and other images that do not meet the document photo standard will not be accepted.
- If you are a Uepa student, send proof of enrollment for 2024 (scanned).
- If it is a Uepa server, proof of updated (scanned) connection.
- Everyone must fill out the commitment form, which must be printed and filled out by hand, available here.
Itaituba City Hall has open registration for the public competition that aims to fill more than 1,500 immediate vacancies, in addition to forming a reserve register in more than 900 occupations. Interested parties have until April 17th to apply through the organizing committee’s website.

Marajó Entrepreneur Project
The Marajó Empreendedor Project offers 200 free places on cutting and sewing, hairdressing, manicure, pedicure and digital inclusion courses. The vacancies are aimed at young people aged 15 to 29, and women aged 15 to 60 from the municipality of Santa Cruz do Arari, in Marajó.

Promoted by the NGO Humana Brasil, the initiative also has in-person points for questions and support in completing registration, at the Municipal Department of Culture, from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 12pm and from 3pm to 6pm, and in Vila Jenipapo, at the School of Music, on the same days and times, and at CRAS, from 8am to 6pm.
