TRT-11 closes R$1 million in labor agreements in Roraima – ac24horas.com

In preparation for the National Labor Conciliation Week, the ‘Café com Cejusc Event’ of the Regional Labor Court of the 11th Region (AM/RR) promoted a series of conciliation hearings and a meeting with lawyers, at the Boa Vista Labor Forum, on 3/25. The agreements formalized by the Judicial Center for Consensual Methods of Dispute Resolution – (Cejusc JT) in this action, totaled R$ 1 million in agreements that benefit workers in Roraima.

Among the approved agreements, the highlight was the negotiation between a worker and a financial institution that resulted in the transfer of R$257,000 in compensation relating to a series of labor claims.

Week

The National Labor Conciliation Week is held annually by the Superior Council of Labor Justice (CSJT) with the participation of the Superior Labor Court (TST) and the Regional Courts. This year, the event will be held from May 20th to 24th.

Last year, the 7th edition of the National Labor Conciliation Week generated almost R$1.2 billion and served more than 346.1 thousand people. More than 80 thousand hearings were held throughout Brazil, 23.7 thousand agreements were approved and R$202.6 million in tax and social security contributions were collected.
