O Procon-PB will hold, from Monday (1st), the 73rd Debt Renegotiation Task Forcein João Pessoa. The event continues until Friday (5), from 8am to 4pm, and is an opportunity for consumers to settle their financial debts. Procon-PB’s headquarters are at Avenida Almirante Barroso, 693, in the Center of the Capital. The forms will be distributed until 2pm.
To be assisted at the joint effort, consumers who recognize their debts and wish to negotiate them must appear with their ID, CPF, proof of residence and all documentation related to the debt they wish to renegotiate.
Mutirão is a partnership between Procon-PB and several companies, including Cagepa, Energisa, private schools, telephone companies (OI, TIM, Vivo), pay TV and financial institutions. During the event, consumers will have the opportunity to renegotiate their debts under special conditions, allowing them to recover their purchasing power and be reintegrated into the consumer market.
The initiative aims to offer a solution to indebted consumers, providing the opportunity to regularize their financial situation and avoid possible future problems. Furthermore, the joint effort contributes to reducing the population’s debt and promotes financial education.
Procon-PB reinforces the importance of consumer participation in this effort and is available to provide all necessary support during the renegotiation process.
