Bahia, which, according to the travel guide, has a diverse cuisine influenced by different regions of Brazil, came in second place.

In the North region, dishes from Pará gave the state third place – including tacacá, a dish from Pará cuisine that gained international recognition by entering the list of the one hundred best soups in the world, according to the ranking signed by TasteAtlas, a specialized platform in gastronomy.

Among the most voted, feijoada reached first position with a total of 568 votes, equivalent to 26.4% of the responses. According to a report from Guia Viajar Melhor, the flavor of the combination of black beans and pork made the dish far surpass the other options.
