CORIMEX launches E-book with data on Foreign Trade in Rio Grande do Norte

The Thematic Committee on Foreign Trade and International Relations of the Federation of Industries of Rio Grande do Norte (FIERN) – CORIMEX, launched, last Monday (22), a complete E-book with relevant data on the state’s foreign trade. The material, prepared by the Mais RN Industry Observatory, was presented during the commission’s installation meeting, which was attended by representatives from consulates, industry unions, educational institutions and entities from the productive sector.

The E-book offers a comprehensive overview of Rio Grande do Sul’s foreign trade. The material presents data on the total value of exports and imports from Rio Grande do Norte, detailing the state’s performance in this regard in recent years.

It also brings the main exported and imported products. And it identifies those that stand out most in exports and imports from RN, providing valuable information for companies seeking business opportunities in the international market.

It also presents the Profile by Modal, with an analysis of the distribution of exports and imports from Rio Grande do Norte by logistical modal, such as sea, land and air, offering insights into the dynamics of foreign trade operations in the state.

And also the Export Destination and Import Origin, which details the main destinations of Potiguar exports and the origins of imports, mapping the state’s trade flows with the world. The information is strategic for the development of the RN.

At the launch of CORIMEX, the president of FIERN, Roberto Serquiz, highlights the importance of the commission and the E-book for the development of Rio Grande do Norte. “CORIMEX brings together companies and institutions relevant to the state’s foreign trade, and this E-book offers strategic data that will help in decision-making for the state’s industry,” says Serquiz.

Also at the launch, the manager of the Observatório da Indústria Mais RN, Pedro Albuquerque, adds: “The e-book is a valuable tool for companies, entities and public managers who seek to understand the foreign trade scenario in Rio Grande do Norte and identify opportunities business and investment”.

The launch of the CORIMEX E-book marks an important step towards improving foreign trade in Rio Grande do Norte. The availability of accurate and updated data on the sector will contribute to more assertive decision-making by companies and public authorities, boosting the state’s economic development.
