Consumer from the southern region of RS is the winner of the main prize of R$ 50 thousand in the monthly NFG draw

A total of 67 million tickets participated in the March monthly draw of the Nota Fiscal Gaúcha (NFG) program, and one consumer, in particular, will have a happier Easter. The winner of the month, who won the main prize worth R$50,000, is from the southern region of the state. Another 110 people from different regions of Rio Grande do Sul won prizes of R$5,000 (for ten winners) and R$1,000 (for one hundred winners).

In total, draw number 138 distributed R$200,000 in prizes. More than 67 million registered tickets participated in the contest.

According to the rules, consumers registered with the NFG who requested the invoice, with the inclusion of the CPF number, were competing for the prizes throughout the month of February 2024. The eligible taxpayers must request the redemption of the prizes within 90 days, counting from the approval of the draw.

How to request the prize?

It is possible to request redemption via NFG website or through the program application.

1. On the website or app, log in with your CPF and password;
2. In the My Rewards tab, request redemption;
3. Enter the data requested by the system and wait for the prize to become available.

The program

Nota Fiscal Gaúcha has 3.6 million participants. Every time the consumer requests the inclusion of their CPF in the invoice, the program generates points, and the person is automatically registered to compete for prizes. The draws traditionally take place after the last Wednesday of the month and distribute R$200,000. On special dates, there are exceptions for days and prizes, which are communicated on the program’s website.

Coordinated by the State Revenue Service, the NFG is a program that encourages taxpayers to request the inclusion of their CPF number on invoices at the time of purchase, in a fiscal citizenship initiative. With this, registered citizens can obtain different advantages. Check out the details about the other modalities:

• Lucky Recipe: It distributes instant prizes of R$500, R$50, R$10 and R$5 daily. In total, there are R$24 thousand per day. On special dates, prizes reach R$1,000. To compete, you must have the NFG application installed and request CPF in the note. On the same day of purchase, taxpayers must access the Lucky Recipe tab and click on the invoice or scan the document’s QR Code. The result comes out instantly.
• Right Recipe: distributes amounts whenever there is a real increase in ICMS collection from retail. The calculations are quarterly, carried out in March, June, September and December. All NFG subscribers who include their CPF in their note in the respective period automatically participate.
• Good Citizen: It is a discount on the IPVA value, which varies according to the number of invoices with CPF. Anyone who accumulates 150 notes or more receives a 5% reduction. The discount is 3% for those who have between 100 and 149 documents and 1% for those who accumulate 51 to 99 notes.
• Transfer to entities: When registering, citizens can choose at least one entity in their region that operates in the areas of social assistance, education, health and animal protection. The indicated institutions can receive cash transfers. It is possible to indicate up to five entities, one of which must belong to a different Regional Development Council than the others.
