The National Institute of Meteorology (Inmet) issued, this Thursday morning (28/3) danger alerts for 55 cities in Minas Gerais due to the heavy rains that are expected to hit the municipalities in the next 24 hours.
Until 10 am this Friday (29/3), flooding, landslides, falling trees, power cuts and electrical discharges may occur. The forecast is for rain of between 30 and 100 millimeters per day. The wind will also be strong, with intensity between 60 and 100 kilometers per hour.
