Registration for courses at the Centro de Belas Artes de Alagoas, a cultural facility run by the State Secretariat for Culture and Creative Economy, ends this Saturday (30). Classes are scheduled to start on April 1st.
To register, simply access the website: https://cuca.al.gov.br/ fill in the details and register for free. The 240 places are limited and aimed at candidates of both sexes and of different ages, starting from 6 years old.
The documents required to register are ID, CPF, proof of residence, all originals, and a 3×4 photo. Interested parties who are minors must be accompanied by a guardian.
The Secretary of State for Culture and Creative Economy, Mellina Freitas, has been a strong supporter of cultural initiatives in Alagoas. It highlights the Government’s role in supporting and nurturing local artistic talent, providing opportunities for everyone to explore and develop their artistic potential.
“Offering free enrollment at the Centro de Belas Artes de Alagoas is an essential measure to democratize access to artistic education and promote cultural and creative development in our state,” he said.
Classes are held at the Museum of Image and Sound of Alagoas (Misa), located in Jaraguá and at the Deodoro Theater Cultural Complex, located in the center of Maceió. Each student must bring their instrument to guitar, cavaquinho and recorder classes.
