The Government of Roraima informs that an optional point was declared in all public offices of the direct and indirect administration of the Executive Branch of the State on Thursday, March 28, 2024, the eve of the Good Friday Holiday, on March 29 , in accordance with Decree No. 35.745-E.
During this period, only the essential services of the government structure will operate. Regular business hours return next Monday, April 1st.
Health
There will be changes to public service at some Sesau units. Health units that provide urgent and emergency care, such as Pronto Socorro Airton Rocha, Pronto Socorro Francisco Elesbão, Hospital Materno Infantil Nossa Senhora de Nazareth, Hospital das Clínicas Dr. Wilson Franco Rodrigues and Pronto Atendimento Cosme e Silva will operate normally.
The services at the Maria Luíza Castro Perin Women’s Health Reference Center, the Roraima State Pathology Laboratory and the HGR Specialized Diagnostic Center will return to activities next Monday, April 1st.
The Coronel Mota Polyclinic will only open on Thursday, March 28th, to serve patients already scheduled, while the Roraima Hemotherapy and Hematology Center will only open on Saturday, the 30th, only for apheresis donors already scheduled. The remaining services return on April 1st.
Caer
There will be no in-person service at the Roraima Water and Sewage Company units. Maintenance services for the water supply and sewage treatment networks will operate on an on-call basis, as well as the Treatment Stations and Pumping Stations.
Customers who require assistance should contact the company through the available service channels.
Website (Chat): The customer also has access to various services by clicking on the Virtual Agency icons or in the Chat with the virtual assistant “Ed”. For service via chat, simply access the website and click on the avatar located in the lower right corner of the page and request the services.
Caer Mobile: Available for Android on the Google Play Store () and iOS on the App Store.
WhatsApp: Users can also contact Caer directly via WhatsApp (95) 98406-3819, to deal with problems involving sewage overflow or the water distribution network.
Call Center: SAC 0800 280 9520 will operate normally, from 8am to 6pm and there will be on-call services for maintenance of water and sewage networks and incident response, as well as treatment stations and pumping stations.
Civil police
Service at Civil Police units during the holiday will take place in all Police Districts of the Capital to register a Police Report.
Citizens can also register the Police Report online, through the Sinesp Virtual Police Station (National Public Security Information System), which operates at this address.
A team of police officers attends to the registration made by the citizen online, analyzes and forwards the incident report to the email provided and the procedure will be forwarded for action.
Cases of domestic and intra-family violence can be registered at the Specialized Women’s Assistance Police Station, which operates 24 hours a day. Cases that require an urgent protective measure or expert request must be registered at the Flagrantes Center. Deam is located at Casa da Mulher Brasileira, on Rua Uraricoera, s/n, São Vicente neighborhood.
In the most serious cases, in which it becomes necessary to issue requests or draw up a report of arrest in the act or a detailed statement of occurrence, the work will be concentrated at the Central de Flagrantes, at the headquarters of the 5th DP, located on Rua Parque Industrial, s/ n, in the Industrial District.
military police
Overt and preventive policing normally occurs in the capital and in the interior of Roraima, including the garrisons of the Police on the Street program, specialized policing and Border Policing Companies. These teams will operate in vehicles, motorcycles and mounted police.
The population can call the PMRR through 190 or the Police on the Street app, available for Android and iOS.
Firemen
Military firefighters specializing in pre-hospital care, firefighting, rescue from heights, land, vehicles, search, rescue and diving operations will be employed.
In the current drought crisis that the State is going through, the Fire Department reiterates that preventing forest fires is the responsibility of the entire society of Roraima and emphasizes that the use of fire in urban and rural areas is prohibited. The CBM works with 300 military personnel from the corporation to directly combat the fires in Roraima, in addition to military personnel working in administrative functions and indirect support.
The population can report illegal fires by calling 190 (PM), 191 (PC) and 193 (CBMRR).
Occurrences involving victims trapped in hardware, forest fires and in homes, businesses and vehicles, among others, must be reported immediately to the Military Fire Brigade Operations Center by calling 193.
