Banco do Brasil carries out real estate auctions in the coming days, with 28 lots offering residential, rural and commercial spaces that can be sold for from R$ 133 thousand.
The first of the auctions will take place this Thursday (28), at 12pm, with 14 urban properties, 13 of which are residential and one commercial. The spaces are divided between the cities of São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul, Pará and Minas Gerais. (See the notice)
The cheapest property, at R$ 133 thousand, is a house located in Varginha (MG), with a plot of 221.73 m², with 93.92 m² of private area. Another highlight is a 162 m² house in São Paulo (SP), which can be sold for prices starting at R$ 210 thousand.
Also this Thursday, at 2pm, there will be an auction with three rural properties for cash payments, located in Bahia, Minas Gerais and Rio Grande do Sul. (See the notice)
The cheapest is the space located in Encruzilhada do Sul (RS), with starting prices starting at R$731 thousand. The Bahia property is in the municipality of Barra and can be sold for at least R$2.73 million. In Minas Gerais, the property is in the municipality of João Pinheiro and is the most expensive on the list: R$3.99 million.
The last of the Banco do Brasil auctions takes place on April 11, at 12 pm. There are nine commercial properties, divided between cities in Minas Gerais, Paraíba, Piauí, Rio Grande do Sul, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Tocantins. (See the notice)
The property with the lowest starting price is located in Natividade (RJ) and can be sold from R$772,700.
A particularity of this auction is that, in all lots, the owner will be obliged to rent a space for Banco do Brasil itself to develop activities in the region, defined in the contract.
In the case of auctions, initial values may increase as interested parties submit their bids. Furthermore, the lots are now open to receive value proposals, but the public auction session only takes place on the dates and times indicated.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: The buyer, in addition to paying the full price for which the property was sold, must bear all possible regularization costs, condominium fees and other expenses.
