Bad Boys: All the Way, the fourth sequel to the franchise that began in the 1990s, finally got its first official trailer. Featuring the returns of iconic detectives Mike Lowery (Will Smith) and Marcus Burnett (Martin Lawrence), the excerpt showed the duo back in action, with the same humor and ‘battle’ as always.

- Bad Boys 4 also features the returns of Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah (Ms. Marvel) in the direction;
- The film is written by Chris Bremner, another veteran of the franchise (Bad Boys Forever);
- Bad Boys: All the Way opens on June 7th in US theaters.

Started in 1995, the franchise Bad Boys had his last film, Bad Boys Forever, released in 2020 — the film reached US$426.5 million at the box office worldwide, being one of the last box office champions before the Covid-19 pandemic. It is also the highest-grossing installment in the series and the biggest January release of all time.
In total, there are four films with Smith and Lawrence giving life to police officers Mike and Marcus. Sony had already confirmed, back in 2020, that Bad Boys 4 was in the studio’s plans. But the official announcement only came in 2023, through the protagonists themselves.
The first Bad Boys it grossed US$141 million globally and won fans around the world due to its comedy tone and barrage of action scenes. Bad Boys 2from 2003, earned US$273 million at the box office, showing a subtle climb that, only after a 17-year hiatus, was consolidated in a new sequel (the 2020 one).
The first two films are still available on Netflix. Bad Boys 3, however, it can be watched on Apple TV, Prime Video and others through rental.
