Kim Yo-jong says the US will be exposed “to greater danger” if it “persists” in “threatening North Korea’s security”
Kim Yo-jong said this Wednesday (April 24, 2024) that North Korea will continue to strengthen its military power. She is deputy department director of the North Korean Workers’ Party Central Committee and sister and one of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un’s closest advisors.
“We will continue to build overwhelming and more powerful military power to safeguard our sovereignty, security and regional peace”, she said, quoted by KCNA, North Korea’s state news agency. “The US should stop promoting the reckless bravery of its 1st class servant, South Korea”, he added.
Kim Yo-jong stated that the U.S. “They do not miss the opportunity to make stereotypical and far-fetched statements, with the audacity of a criminal”. According to her, Americans, “together with Japan and South Korea’s puppets”, they perform, “incessantly”, military exercises against North Korea.
“If the US persists in its moves to threaten North Korea’s security, boasting of its strength by rallying its puppets, the security of the US and its allies will be exposed to greater danger“, he said.
Kim Jong-un’s sister stated that if the South Koreans and their allies “attempt an armed counteraction” against North Korea, “will be immediately annihilated”.
